The red brick building is the former Choctaw Station (built 1899) of the Rock Island Railroad. Now restored, and dedicated as Sturgis Hall, in 2004. 
It houses The University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service. It is now part of the Clinton Presidential Center and Park
