Vida Hancock passed from this life on Friday, August 10, 2007 at the age of 66 years, 3 months and 4 days. A committal service will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, Baxter Memorial Gardens, Mausoleum of Peace, Pastor Kenneth Taglauer officiating. Visitation will be immediately prior to the service.
Vida was born to George Bilheimer, Jr. and Janice (Weaver) Bilheimer on May 6, 1941 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She married Delbert Hancock on July 2, 1977 in the Little Rock Air Force Base Chapel. She worked as a government statistician in her working years, and found the most enjoyment in reading. She is survived by her husband Delbert; her brother Leonard Bilheimer and his wife Terri; her sister Jean Gacquard; nieces Eleanor Bilheimer and Jennifer Zetty; nephews Preston Bilheimer, and Zachary and Cameron Zetty; and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks Hospice House.
