Charles W. Bradford
February 18, 1940 - August 8, 2009

Charles W. Bradford died August 8, 2009 at Fayetteville. He was born February 18, 1940, and lived 69 years courageously battling heart disease with a love for others and a positive determination. His life was extended in 1998 when he received a heart transplant and every day was a gift which he used to serve his family, bring joy to friends and inspire others. A resident of Little Rock and Fayetteville, Mr. Bradford was a member of Quapaw Quarter United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Marie Bradford Jolley and grandmother, Ola Mae Doss.

He is survived by his wife Kimberly Redwine Bradford; two sons, Blake Bradford and his wife Kerri, and Chad Bradford, all of Little Rock; a daughter, Chelsea Bradford and husband Grant Opitz of Sherwood; two grandchildren, Gabrielle Bradford and Micah Bradford both of Little Rock; and his mother-in-law, Jean H. Redwine of Little Rock.

The funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 13, 2009 at Quapaw Quarter United Methodist Church with Reverend Blake Bradford officiating.
