Ethel Ann Foster, 71, of Dyersburg,TN formerly of Little Rock, AR., died Saturday, September 17, 2011 at Oakwood Community Living Center in Dyersburg.

She was a retired administrator and member of Westover Hills Presbyterian Church.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Roselawn Cemetery in Little Rock, AR. with the Rev. Debbie Freeman officiating. Dyersburg Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include her daughter, Betsy Lomas and husband, Dr. Russell Lomas, of Dyersburg, TN; her mother, Mary Jane Wilkes of Memphis, TN; one sister, Elizabeth Harris and husband, Michael, of Memphis, TN; one grandson, Will Lomas of Dyersburg; one niece, Mary Wilkes Harris of Charlotte, NC.; and two nephews, Hays Patrick and wife, Jennifer, of Millington and Stuart Harris and wife, Katie, of Memphis.

She was preceded in death by her father, Elbert Hays Wilkes.

The family requests that memorials be directed to Westover Hills Presbyterian Church.
