Hugh Elliot Williams, 71, resident of Little Rock, Arkansas died on Sunday, November 6, 2011. He was born to Ralph and Dodie Williams on August 26, 1940. Hugh was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He is a retired Little Rock Fire Department captain, owned C&W Cleaners, and served on the City of Little Rock Civil Service Commission. He played in the 1951 Little League World Series and locally coached baseball for 17 years.

Hugh is survived by his wife of 51 years Kay Williams; son Hugh Williams, Jr. of Little Rock; daughter Deidra Mack and husband Daniel of Little Rock; daughter Andrea Wright and husband Matthew of Waco, Texas; brother Nick Williams and wife Sharon of Little Rock; and his two grandchildren Hayden and Garrett Mack of Little Rock.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 from 6 to 8 pm at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home 501-224-8300.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 at 10:00 am in the funeral home chapel officiated by Dr. Ed Simpson. Interment will be Pinecrest Cemetery.

Pallbearers include Charles "Doc" Holladay, Darrell Seward, John Nash, Keith Eremea, Don Kinney, Jim Morrow, and the Little Rock Fire Department will serve as honorary pallbearers.
