Judy "Mimi" Frost
Judith Ann Frost, known as "Mimi" by
her grand and great grandkids, went to her heavenly home on Thursday,
February 24, 2022. She was 81 years old.
Judy was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on July
15, 1940 to Roy and Gussie Alexander. She was a graduate of Little Rock
Central High School, in 1958, during the turmoil of desegregation.
Judy married the love of her life, Cyril
Robert Frost (Bob) in 1964 and they shared more than 55 wonderful years
together. Their love was inspiring.
She was mother to Bradley Wayne Frost and
Laura Kathleen Murphy. She raised them with lots of love and wisdom.
Mimi was adored by eight grandchildren and 17
great grandchildren and her world revolved around them. She loved to
love on people. She was an excellent cook and her kitchen was always
full of delicious food prepared by her loving hands. Some of the best
memories were made at their lake house July 4th celebrations and family
holiday gatherings.
Judy was the epitome of strength and courage.
She lived with pain from scoliosis complications at an early age and
survived breast cancer. Few people knew the extent to which she
struggled with daily pain. Her Christian faith, joy for life and
indomitable spirit kept her pushing through the pain.
She was a sweet spirit always caring for
others. She volunteered at the Breast Cancer Resource Center and
faithfully served at Kingsland Community Church.
She was known for her faith, beautiful smile,
quiet laugh, cheerful service, and love for her family.
Judy/Mimi will be greatly missed by so many
that knew and loved her.
Please join us in a celebration of Mimi's life
at the Kingsland Community Church on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to
the Breast Cancer Resource Center of Texas
